You agree not to record, photograph, or reproduce any workshop materials without explicit written permission. Participants must arrive on time, prepare adequately for sessions, and actively engage in all activities. We expect full commitment to maximizing the value of your personal development experience with us.

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all personal risks associated with workshop activities. We are not responsible for any personal belongings or injuries sustained during sessions. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our facilitators throughout the program.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided in our workshop, including presentations, handouts, videos, and digital resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of our organization. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your personal development and professional growth purposes.

You may not distribute, sell, license, or reproduce any workshop materials without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. We invest considerable time and expertise in developing our curriculum, and we must protect this investment. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our workshop if you violate these terms or engage in misconduct that compromises the learning environment. Termination may occur immediately without notice if your actions are deemed harmful to other participants or our organization. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

You may withdraw from the workshop at any time by providing written notice. Refund policies will be handled according to our enrollment agreement and applicable regulations. Early withdrawal may result in forfeiture of fees depending on the timing and circumstances. We encourage you to discuss any concerns with our team before deciding to withdraw.

Upon termination, your access to workshop materials and services will cease immediately. You must return any physical materials provided and cease all use of digital resources. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before the termination date. We wish you well in your continued professional development journey.
